New Condo Community
Anchor by BOLD Properties, is a new development situated at 2002 Saint George St, Port Moody along the Evergreen Skytrain Line with 162 proposed units on six floors.
Our team will be managing the full offsite civil construction package in close collaboration with BOLD, the City of Port Moody, and local engineers/inspectors. The project is expected to be completed by 2024.
Water, Storm & Sanitary Works
This project consists of a wide-scope of civil construction services, ranging from site preparation, utility connections, and roadworks from St. George and St. Johns Street. We will be excavating and installing new watermains which will tie-in to the existing infrastructure, as well as, hydrant and extensive storm work system installations.
Road Works
The roadwork scope includes complete excavation of the existing concrete and asphalt flatworks and curbs.
The work will encompass new asphalt roads, concrete sidewalks and curbs, as well as, new turf boulevards and handrails for accessibility purposes.
