Full-scope concrete installation
Our team was in charge of the full-scope of concrete work surrounding the exterior of Montrose Square.
The project included all of the site-preparation, excavation of existing walls, stairs, and concrete flatwork, and the new installation of concrete walls, stairs, and flatwork. We constructed caste-in-place (CIP) walls and curbs for a clean finish of the area.
In addition to the concrete work, we installed multiple rows of allen block walls to compliment the concrete and the building's aesthetic.
Community-Oriented Landscaping
With a focus on providing an accessible outdoor space for the residents of Montrose Square, our team prioritized a functional landscaping design.
The outdoor space features artificial turf lawns, a concrete paver patio, multiple seating areas, and a low-maintenance garden bed layout.
