This project was a major undertaking where we were brought in for all of the landscaping on this project, from handling the "greening" of these incredible rooftop spaces to the courtyard gardens. We strictly focused on the landscaping and the high-end artificial turf installation to turn these concrete heights into lush, resident-friendly retreats.
Luxurious Rooftop Retreats
This wide-open rooftop was our biggest challenge, requiring a massive, seamless turf installation that could double as a play field or lounge area. We focused on getting the drainage right underneath so the grass stays dry and ready for use even after a heavy rainfall.
We also surrounded the seating areas with custom planters filled with fresh landscaping to soften the modern lines of the building. It’s rewarding to see how our specific contribution of grass and plants brings so much life to the overall architectural design.
Gardens On Every Level Of Anchor
We were the "green team" for this specific corner, focusing entirely on laying down this precision-cut artificial turf. We made sure the transition between our grass and the existing grey tile was perfectly flush, giving residents a soft, durable spot to relax under the sun. Our work here was all about adding that essential layer of comfort to the rooftop. We may not have provided the furniture, but our turf installation is what truly transforms the vibe of this small balcony into a mini-park in the sky.
Multiple Outdoor Spaces To Take In
From this elevated angle, you can see how our landscaping and turf work spans across multiple tiers of the building. We were responsible for every bit of green you see here, ensuring a consistent and high-quality finish across all the different terrace levels.
By strictly adhering to the landscaping and artificial grass contract, we were able to deliver a uniform look that ties the whole project together. We let the building speak for itself and focused on making sure every outdoor patch felt like a premium garden space.
