Aspac Developments Ltd.

Full on and offsite utility and roadworks completed for Aspac Developments nearby the new Hollybridge at River Green.

On and Offsite Utility Services

We delivered comprehensive on and offsite utility services. Our work included the installation and upgrading of essential infrastructure such as water mains, storm mains, and sanitary mains.

These systems were designed to provide reliable water supply, efficient stormwater management, and secure sanitary solutions, ensuring the development's long-term sustainability and resilience. By integrating these utilities seamlessly with the surrounding infrastructure, we laid a strong foundation for the community's future growth.

Roadworks Scope

The roadworks scope of the Lot 17 project for Aspac Developments was fundamental to improving connectivity and safety in the City of Richmond, British Columbia. Our work began with thorough excavation and grading to prepare the site, ensuring a stable foundation for the new roadway.

We then installed a new base layer, using high-quality materials to provide the necessary structural support for the road surface. This foundation was crucial in ensuring the long-term durability of the road.

Electrical Tree Receptacles, Curbs, and Paving

In the final stages of the Lot 17 project, we focused on detailed site improvements that significantly enhanced the overall functionality and aesthetics of the development. This included the installation of electrical tree receptacles to support urban landscaping efforts, fostering a greener and more inviting environment.

The construction of curbs and paving was carried out with great attention to detail, ensuring smooth and safe traffic flow. Additionally, we implemented a raised intersection, line painting, and signage, all designed to improve safety and navigation within the development, contributing to a well-structured and visually appealing space.
