Brookswood Estates is a master-planned community featuring 84 expansive lots. Located in Langley, this development offers a tranquil setting paired with luxury living. Our team was commissioned to elevate the outdoor spaces of each home, providing comprehensive landscaping construction services.
Master-Planned Community Landscaping
Working with Foxridge Homes and Donald V.S. Duncan Development Consultants and Landscape Architects, we aimed to create outdoor spaces that would not only increase curb appeal but also improve each homeowner’s outdoor living experience.
Our scope of work covered landscaping the front and backyard of each property. This included spoftscaping such as garden beds, sodding, and dry creek beds, as well as hardscaping like the perimeter retaining walls.
Custom Show Home Landscape
In addition to the landscaping, we installed a customer cedar arbour which serves as a striking focal point, offering shade and a defined outdoor living space. Crafted from high-quality cedar and paired with a complimentary deck, it blends seamlessly with the landscape, providing a warm, inviting area for gatherings. With integrated LED lighting, the pergola and deck remain functional and stylish, day or night.
For all the golf lovers, the kidney bean shaped putting green offers all-year round golf practice away from the course.
